Our Level 3 Surgical Face Mask is a single-use, non-sterile surgical mask for use where a person is at risk of blood or fluid splash.
The Level 3 Surgical Mask protects the wearer against splashes and sprays (sneezes and coughs) from other people. It is effective as a face mask control measure as it prevents droplets of bodily fluids from escaping via the nose and mouth.

Designed to create the best fit, the Level 3 Surgical Mask with Ear Loops comes in two different ear loop lengths. The Level 3 Surgical Mask is also available with a Head Tie. Head Ties
The Detmold Medical Level 3 Surgical Mask with Head Ties is a single-use, non-sterile, surgical Level 3 barrier face mask for use where a person is at risk of blood or fluid splash.
Head Ties & Visor
The Detmold Medical Level 3 Surgical Mask with Head Ties and incorporated Visor is a single-use, non-sterile, surgical Level 3 barrier face mask offering additional eye and face splash protection for use where a person is at high risk of blood or fluid splash.
The visor comes with peel-off screen protection on both sides and can be used in combination with prescription glasses.
The L3 Surgical Visor Masks are available in a box of 25 masks or in carton lots of 12 boxes of 25 masks (300 masks in total).
