Unfortunately, our warehouse is not open to the public.
We dispatch all face masks directly from our warehouse to your location.
A pick up can be arranged in some instances. However, you’ll need to confirm this with our team by calling 1800 DET MED.
Pick up is not available for Detmold Medical’s wider PPE product range.
We want to ensure you get your face mask online order as fast as possible.
If one of your face mask products is out of stock, we will organise a split delivery. The remainder of your order will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.
If you place your order before 2pm ACST (Australian Central Standard Time), we dispatch your order the next day. Transit times vary depending on your location.
Detmold Medical manufactures masks onsite in South Australia, ensuring reliable face mask production and stock. We deliver masks Australia wide, dispatching them within two weeks of order placement. During this current high demand period, our teams are working extended shifts to fulfil orders and ensure you receive your face masks as soon as possible.
