Delivery
Unfortunately, our warehouse is not open to the public, please contact our customer service on 1800 338 633 if your order is required urgently and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
When you place your order you are able to specify in the 'Note/Any other comments' section that your delivery can be dropped off without signing for it. Otherwise delivery will require a signature.
We use couriers that deliver to a physical address and not a PO Box. If you have concerns about your delivery, please Contact Us.
We want to ensure you get your face mask online order as fast as possible.
If one of your face mask products is out of stock, we will organise a split delivery. The remainder of your order will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.
If you place your order before 2pm ACST (Australian Central Standard Time) or 1.30pm AEST ( Australian Eastern Standard TIme), we dispatch your order next business day. Transit times vary depending on your location.
Our face mask freight charges are:
SA wide - $13
Metro interstate - $22.50
Regional interstate - $30
