We recommend getting fit tested before purchasing your respirator face masks online to prevent ordering the wrong size respirator mask. It’s rare for a face mask to be wrong size when fit tested.
However, if you do need a refund or exchange, please get in touch with our customer service on 1800 338 633. Face masks can be returned to us within 30 days, ensuring the itegrity of the packaging is intact.
