Yes, but if you need to order a higher volume, please call 1800 DET MED or email our Customer Service team. All our face masks come in smaller retail boxes or bulk cartons. Our Mask Comparison Table features the number of masks per box and carton to help you find the correct quantity for your needs.

If multiple face mask products are coming up with a temporarily out of stock notice, you may have set your location incorrectly. Simply re-set your location using the country drop-down at the top of the screen and click CHANGE LOCATION.

Our order cut off time is 2pm ACST (Australian Central Standard Time).

You can change your email address that you receive emails from us. However, this will not change your login details. Your original email address will still be required to login.

We recommend getting fit tested before purchasing your face masks online to prevent ordering the wrong size face mask.

It’s rare for a face mask to be the wrong size. However, if you do need a refund or exchange, please return your face masks to us within 30 days, ensuring the integrity of the packaging is intact. A restocking fee may apply.

You can, but you’ll need to create a new account with Detmold Medical or process the order as a cash order. Although we are sister companies within the Detmold Group, Detpak and Detmold Medical can’t share accounts.
